Riffing off of the introduction of hit HBO drama True Detective, True Architect aims to capture the abstract essence of architects Le Corbusier, Mies Van Der Rohe and Lino Bo Bardi with some of their iconic buildings. Complemented by architectural fictions that question the current lean towards historical architectural authenticity through static preservation by proposing an alternative history where architecture is mutable and grown. Together the pieces form a noir series on architecture and the people who design it.
